Structure: If+ sub +were + other words+ sub+ would/could/might + verb (present)+ other words.

Rule 23:
Till/until
If Principal Clause is in Present or Future Indefinite Tense, the Subordinate Clause using till/until will also be in Present Indefinite Tense.
Don't leave the place until....
Don't leave the place until I return.
If Principal Clause is in Past Indefinite Tense, the Subordinate Clause using until/till will be in Past Perfect Tense.
The boy waited there until...
The boy waited there until his father had returned.
N.B: We should never use 'not' after 'till' or 'until'.
Rule 24:
Subject+ +Verb 'to be' + that + subordinate clause
It is good that...
It is good that you seriously think about your country.
Karim's mother is happy that...
Karim's mother is happy that he got a prize.
It is clear that...
It is clear that he stole the pen.
Rule 25:
While/When/After/+Subordinate Clause.
While the driver was overtaking another bus... While the driver was overtaking another bus, the accident took place.
